    photos, as they are an important part of my description. This two-sided, blue-hued, thick-stock application order form (9" x 8") was intended to be folded along the perforation and mailed-in for football season tickets; it was also a promotion for the university's "Grant-In-Aid" fund (athletic scholarships).
