    Description

    I am not exactly sure, but I believe this is an early ref whistle for soccer of football. It is made by Lowe & Campbell athletic goods in England. Works great, and makes a wonderful sound. I do not know the exact age, but I believe it to be from the 1920s or 30s.
    There is a small dent on one side, please see pic 4.
