Sheaffer ballpoint/rollerball desk pen.

Description

Sheaffer rollerball desk pen. It's a rollerball, although I don't know if Sheaffer still makes the refill it takes. I really wish I'd taken a picture of it before it was lost but, alas you'll probably be able to find it. It's about the same size and shape as a Parker G2 refill but instead has two kinda fins wear the plastic bit that works with the clicker would be. Few scratches and the White Dot is a bit more watered-down Heinz mustard in color. 
On the topic of finding the bases for these, I would recommend Google and forums like the Fountain Pen Network. Also, peytonstreetpens.com sells these desk pens and you can use their site to find out which model these yours be.
