Mamiya 645 PRO TL / 645 PRO / 645 SUPER panoramic adapter slide, new in factory bag.  (this adapter slide can be used as the regular dark slide as well in terms of to DETACH the back from the body, exact same size as the regular dark slide, you'll have to use a black tape on both sides to cover the panoramic hole to protect the film if you plan on using it as a regular dark slide)
(the 2nd pic shows how it looks when used on the 135mm film holder, the last pic shows how the image is cropped on the 135mm film format.  This auction is for the PANORAMIC MASK only).
