Lot of 3 Jack Dempsey Related Items ~ A Postcard & Two 1998 First Day Covers

Description

This listing is a grouping of three items related to famed boxer, Jack Dempsey. Scans #1 & #2 show the front and reverse sides of a postcard featuring the image of Dempsey's restaurant in New York City. The scripted reverse side bears a July 19, 1939 postmark, a personal message and address, and a signature of "Jack Dempsey". The signature is not an actual autograph but rather an electronic facsimile.
The other two items seen in Scans #3 & #4 are a pair of 1998 postal first day covers which includes the H&M Cover showing the interior of Dempsey's New York City restaurant.
As seen in the scans, all three pieces remain in very nice, to excellent condition. The older postcard is toned and has a small corner crease at the lower left. The two first day covers are in excellent, undamaged condition.
