Both plates are in perfect condition with no flaws.
THESE PLATES ARE ELIGIBLE TO BE CONVERTED TO BLACK PLATES WITH YELLOW CHARACTERS (Legacy plates)
You will be purchasing all rights of ownership.  You will be issued a DMV registration form 17, releasing our interest in the ownership to the rights of the plates.
You can legally place them on your car once you appear at DMV to assign them to your vehicle.
The plates are expired over 3 years and eligible to be sold on ebay.
