Antique 1903 Northwood Mosaic Purple Slag Floralore Ruffled Rim Novelty Bowl

Here's a pretty Northwood Novelty Ruffled Bowl in the Floralore pattern, part of Northwood's Mosaic line (Purple Slag) made c. 1903.   It is actually a mixture of Amethyst colored glass and White Opalescent glass. These pieces can vary in color intensity from being more amethyst in color, or more white opalescent in color. This one leans more toward the lighter range of white opal.
This color seems to have been advertised for only one year in 1903 making them rather hard to find today. It's a true antique, and it is in very nice condition with no chips. I do see a crack in the foot - I believe this is a production flaw that occurred during annealing when the foot was applied. It doesn't extend up into the bowl at all. Please see photos.  No mineral deposit or stains inside. It will need a better cleaning that I gave it to get the accumulation of years of dust out of the deepest crevices in the ruffled rim.
