This is a clean Lisco Regal II film holder, later model with plastic pulls and slides. I test all my holders by loading them with rc paper trimmed to size. I live in the desert and go out in full sun at mid-day. I put the holder in my camera in vertical (portrait) position, pull the slide, count off 5 seconds, then replace the slide and continue with the other side. Developing the paper shows any leaks. This holder was tested yesterday and is light-tight. As you can see, slide locks are there. The flap tape is raggedy looking, but it does what it's supposed to do. Note that one of the pulls has a small crack. Please look at the photos and ask questions if necessary. Thanks for looking----------
