    4x5 Camera Adapter Board PhaseOne/Mamiya 645 for Linhof Toyo Horseman Sinar.
    I used this board to mount a Phase One Digital Back to my 4x5 view camera. Solidly made and works as intended. In like-new condition (only slightly visible scuffs from mounting the digital back. I sold my 4x5 camera so it is no longer needed. Can be used on Phase One IQ3 and IQ4 Series Digital Backs and is backward compatible with older Digital Backs with the Phase One/Mamiya 645 interface.
